That is pretty cool Rob, I’d be interested in your results. I have Google Analytics but haven’t taken the time to figure it out yet. It seems so complicated I’ve been avoiding it.

This is an altogether new concept to me and the thought of it has me all charged up, but maybe for a slightly different reason... Sure, I really like the idea of bouncing nosy visitors back to my preferred landing page, but additionally, it dawned on me that since I use Google Analytics, I'll also be able to easily track how many hits go to my landing page via a "squeeze" page. That is a beneficial method that you have layed out. It will send that viewer to a location you have intended instead of one that was un-intended to be exploited. Hi Yan, I’ve tried both redirects plus the meta redirect but I prefer the htaccess/301 redirect for permanent redirects like that. Of course, I believe it’s better to place an index page with an offer.

Why didn’t I think of this? Great tip, Brian. I’m pretty sure I’ve not seen anything of this kind before.

BTW, do you do redirect using php or .htaccess, may I ask?
