Set up free Google Alerts for email updates of the latest relevant Google search results based on key words you choose. Keep tabs on your competitors as well as what is being written about you and your business. For example, I have my name, my business name, my website name and competing website names set up as Google Alerts. Anytime someone writes a posts, page or article using those keywords Google sends an email alerting me of the URL. It’s a very nice service that Google provides free of charge. A friend emailed another funny one to me:

A man riding his Harley was riding along a California beach when suddenly the sky clouded above his head and, in a booming voice, the Lord said, “Because you have tried to be faithful to me in all ways, I will grant you one wish“.
